POTLUCK DINNER
Continuing with a fine tradition, the Camp Read Association announces its
annual potluck dinner. Keep the date of
Saturday, March 29, 2007
open, as you won’t want to miss it! The
dinner will again be held at The St.
Joseph of Arimathea Church on Saw
Mill River Road in Elmsford, N.Y.
Dinner will begin at 5:30 PM. People are needed for set up and clean up (a
Scout is helpful!).We are also looking for talent to help with after dinner
festivities (song, skit, etc.). Bill
Daley is coordinating arrangements: please e-mail (mailto:billskiny@aol.com)
if you would be willing to volunteer your services or if you have any
questions.
All necessary dinnerware, utensils, condiments, and
beverages will be provided. We are
requesting that each individual or family bring a dish to share (appetizer,
salad, main dish, vegetable, or dessert).
If you are preparing a hot dish, please try to keep it as warm as
possible to minimize reheating time.
Ovens will be available on a limited basis. It would be a great help if you prepare your dish in an aluminum
foil try (full or half size) to fit our chafing dishes.
COST: If you paid 2007 dues the cost will be
$5.00. Otherwise cost is $10.00 for
adults who reserve by March 25.
Children under 12 are free. Please make checks payable to Camp Read Association-Westchester-Putnam Council, BSA. You may e-mail reservations and pay
