The Association has compiled a Guidebook to the memorials at Camp Read. Background and biographical information is needed from friends and family of all the memorials. Anyone with any additional information is encouraged to contact Ed D'Apice

If you would like to purchase a copy of this wonderful guide to the history of the memorials and history of Camp Read, please contact Ed D'Apice for ordering information. Both Ed D'Apice and Bill Daley put in dozens and dozens of hours gathering the location, history and story behind the memorials at Camp Read, from taking countless digital photos of the buildings, plaques, sites and memorials, to writing, editing, printing and finally binding the final book. From the great buildings we all know and share, to the lesser known, but, equally important memorials to people's whose vast contributions to Scouting have made Camp Read what it is today. The Historical Guidebook 2009 is very reasonably priced at $22, great color photos, maps, and even aerial views of camp are included. Click here for order form / information.
